I highly recommend Eddie. He came out on a Friday night and helped resolved a problem that had the potential to become an emergency. Very professional and all I can say is call him and see for yourself what a great business he runs.

Excellent service and communications! Eddie Castillo arrived on time, assessed the issue and gave us an estimate before starting work. He was fast and efficient and very tidy. Definitely will call if need in the future. Replaced shutoff valves and supply lines under bathroom sink

Eddie with Authentic Plumbing was great. He was prompt in providing an estimate, showed up on time for the job, completed it quickly and brought parts to match our finishes which I really appreciate. Weāll definitely be repeat customers.

Eddie was amazing! Very clean, very professional, poised and polite. They could have ripped me off but instead he helped us with a simple fix and charged me nothing. You can trust these guys, they couldāve told me mold was everywhere but they were honest. These guys are a gem.

Summer was in touch less than 20 minutes after I posted for help in a plumbing emergency. She was super polite and prompt and Eddie was to our home no less than 10 minutes later. They saved us from what couldāve been a very stressful and expensive night. Eddie also came at what I would assume is after hours for them (after 8pm) and he was quick and made the trip as painless as it couldāve been. We appreciate them and will be using them going forward for any of our plumbing needs!
